Juan Carlos Unzué, Sevilla FC, and ALS Andalucía Foundation, together with Grupo Absolute, sign off a committed, emotional piece that brings into focus the former footballer’s daily fight against ALS, a disease he was diagnosed with in 2020.

Based on this premise and being faithful to the brand positioning of Sevilla FC, this piece is a tribute to the figure of Unzué, not only as a footballer, but also as an exceptional human being behind the well-known goalkeeper and coach.

The objective: to pay tribute and give visibility to the figure (and his story of overcoming) of Juan Carlos Unzué through universal values such as resilience, the desire to overcome, and passion. Values that are in the DNA of Sevilla FC and that give shape to its brand promise: Never Give Up.
